山口典之 (YAMAGUCHI, Noriyuki)

My research is in Behavioral Ecology and Ornithology.  Statistical modeling is also my interest.  My current work is concerned mainly with (1) effects of climate and weather conditions on animal behavior, and (2) satellite telemetry of migratory birds.  As well, I like studies on natural history of animals.  Current and past matetial species were as follows: Yellow-throated Bunting Emberiza elegans, Narcissus Flycatcher Ficedula narcissina, Varied Tit Parus varius, Great Tit Parus major, Grey-crowned Babbler Pomatostomus temporalis, Blue-faced Honeyeater Entomyzon cyanotis, Oriental honey-buzzard Pernis ptilorhynchus, Mallard Anas platyrhynchos Northern Pintail Anas acuta, and Eurasian Wigeon Anas penelope.
